Social Skills Group
Our social skills group offers an engaging, supportive environment where children and teens can develop and hone essential interpersonal skills. Through interactive games, role-playing activities, and group discussions, participants will learn things like how to make friends, handle conflicts, express themselves, and improve teamwork. Facilitated by clinical psychologists, this group aims to empower youth to build meaningful connections and thrive socially. Groups are sorted by age and meet on a weekly basis.
Parenting Skills Group
Led by clinical psychologists, our parenting group offers a welcoming, supportive space for caregivers to share their experiences, resources and strategies. This group will focus on things like practical tips for effective communication, discipline techniques, and fostering healthy relationships with your children. Groups meet on a weekly basis.
